Above and beyond your worker's base salary, you have the option of giving them separate benefits. The Personnel Department is where you change those benefits. Bear in mind that being cheap here can cost you in the long run if your workers strike. Closely monitor the employees' morale in the Operations Department and use that as a guide for giving or removing their benefits.
